Hi there! Thanks for dropping by.
Here’s a little of my story.
I’m a qualified sound practitioner and instructor trained in the world-renowned Peter Hess Sound Massage (PHSM) method. This method is a unique and holistic approach to working with sound and vibration, based on the ancient knowledge of Eastern and Indigenous sound healing ceremonies, and developed to meet the modern day demands of the Western world.
In 2013, after years of experiencing a creative connection with sound as a musician, I experienced the transformational power of sound when I experienced my first sound massage. This life-changing experience led to me obtaining a qualification as a Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner in 2014 and accreditation as a Peter Hess Sound Massage Trainer in 2016. These achievements were complemented by my development as a Sound Bath Practitioner, as my collection of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and Shamanic drums grew.
In addition to the Peter Hess Sound Massage Training, I’ve trained with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux (based in the United States), Sound Therapist Jurgen Huck (Germany), and Peopletree Studios (Majorca).
For almost a decade I have offered and taught Sound Massage and Sound Baths as stand-alone events, for yoga studios, at wellbeing festivals and retreats, and in the workplace.
